Heard Online brings our mental health, wellness, and education support to  a weekly national platform via Zoom. Our national weekly support group meetings will be an open conversation about mental health, wellness, and recovery in the food & beverage service industry. Heard Online is inclusive and open to anyone in the service industry. You can share or just come to listen. 

Subjects that will be touched on include SA, SV,  r*ape, and Racial Discrimination and Injustices.
