Mindfulness, Spirituality and Focused Movement

February 1st | 3 PM EST

Event can be viewed LIVE via IG @fohealth.

Music, Movement, and Mobility

Mobility is the range of motion we have at some of our body’s most utilized joints--the feet, ankles, knees, hips, spine, and shoulders. Good mobility contributes to better body mechanics, improved speed and agility, a decreased risk for injury, and our overall performance behind the bar. We will work through a series of intensive movements that address individual mobility, and provide practical tools for increasing your range of motion. You will want to have an exercise mat and wear stretchy clothing.
