REFOHCUS is a concept that places emphasis on mindfulness, spirituality and focused movement. The goal of this program is to provide methods and programs to cope with stress and anxiety in a healthy and personalized way.

reFOHcus: Breathe, Move, Write with Molly Curls

April 27th | 3PM EST

Connect with your physical body through breathwork, gentle movement, and self-inquisitive writing prompts. Equipment Needed: Yoga mat, Journal and Pen.

Molly Rose Curls is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Practitioner, 200-Hour Registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Certified Reiki and EFT Practitioner, and Organic Food Alchemist. Her practice, so within, so it is, is based in the virtual space and in St. Petersburg, Florida. She applies the powerful, grounding energetic principles of yoga in her work with her 1:1 clients, group coaching collective, and movement students.

Molly's intention throughout her work is to help women feel better in their physical bodies by empowering their minds and connecting to their souls. She is fuelled by the belief that everyone deserves to feel good and has dedicated her life to holding space for people, specifically female-identifying individuals, to see their true power and worth.
