Haley Traub, a native of Minnesota, has been a leading force in New York Hospitality for nearly a decade. In addition to running many bar programs including Butter & Scotch and Dutch Kills, she won the national champion title of Speed Rack in 2018, a women's cocktail competition that supports breast cancer research and awareness. She is now the General Manager at Attaboy, Tales of the Cocktail's 2019 Best American Cocktail Bar and regular Drinks International Top 50 bar. She lives in Brooklyn with her French 4-legged son, Harold.
