Michael toscano

Michael Toscano is a military brat who grew up with two younger brothers, divorced parents, who landed in Indiana for high school and college. He graduated with a bachelors degree in Organizational Communication from Ball State University in 2005. He had an early career in the corporate sales world with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Angie's List, and Robert Half International and transitioned into hospitality in 2013. Michael has spent the last seven years working his way up from barback to General Manager.  His current role as the NYC Brand Ambassador for Woodford Reserve, allows him to support the local hospitality industry all while spreading his knowledge about the greatness that is Woodford Reserve.

In Episdode 001, Josh and Michael discuss his entryway into the restaurant industry, his realization that things needed to change, and the steps he took to do just that.
