There’s No-Proof Like The Present
I have been among the late nights, the early mornings, and shifts spent dealing with a pounding headache that only a little ‘hair of the dog’ could fix. I went to the pre-party, the party-party, and the after-party. I sulked with friends after a bad night and celebrated with them following a good one. Like many before me, and hopefully more to follow I noticed an unhealthy pattern forming and left the party altogether. My stumble into sobriety and the surefootedness that followed has helped to better sculpt me into the individual I am today. My aim for No-Proof: A path into mindfulness, sobriety, and health by someone navigating their own journey is to share my story and others’ so that it may echo outward for more to hear To discuss the actions that our friends and peers have put into place in their own lives that made a difference.
