An At Home Food & Beverage Experience for Dry January

January 4th-31st

What is Sippin’ Seedlip?

Dry January is a public health campaign urging people to abstain from alcohol for the month of January. We wanted to take this initiative and encourage individuals to implement sustainable and mindful practices to integrate healthy habits into their everyday routine.

Wellness doesn't have to end after 30 days.

For Dry January we invite you all to enjoy the experience of food and drink. We are working with six bars/restaurants to offer Meals + Seedlip Beverages To-Go

Take your passport and get it stamped whenever you purchase your Seedlip + Food combo.

Virtual Wellness Experiences

Every time you support a local business, you will unlock an opportunity to attend one of eight virtual wellness events taking place on the Focus On Health platform.

To access virtual wellness experiences, email laurenpaylor@bonvivants.com with a photo of your stamped Sippin' Seedlip Passport or your receipt and the date in which you are interested in attending the event. Class information will be emailed to you.

February 1 Music, Movement and Mobility with Amie Ward

Mobility is the range of motion we have at some of our body’s most utilized joints--the feet, ankles, knees, hips, spine, and shoulders. Good mobility contributes to better body mechanics, improved speed and agility, a decreased risk for injury, and our overall performance behind the bar. We will work through a series of intensive movements that address individual mobility, and provide practical tools for increasing your range of motion. You will want to have an exercise mat and wear stretchy clothing.
