In this seminar we define mindfulness and emotional intelligence, explore what it means to cultivate mindfulness, and the why’s and the hat’s that impact our decision making.

  • Mind Full (Immersive Eating and Drinking Workshop)

    A three course food and beverage tasting menu that focuses on mindfulness to create a more robust experience when tasting.

    We will explore understanding the why’s and hat’s associated with decision making when eating and drinking, the secondary impacts and effects that mindful eating and drinking have on the body, and sustainable solutions to implement in our day to day.

    Bystander Intervention: Learn how to recognize when you see unwanted sexual aggression and options for taking action to stand up for someone else

    De-escalation for hospitality professionals: Skills for keeping yourself, your co-workers, and your patrons safe when dealing with an angry or threatening patron.
